Triathlon pre race checklist
There is nothing worse than that sinking feeling of panic when you arrive at a race, look in your race bag, and realise you've forgotten your goggles/bike shoes/helmet. Use this handy triathlon checklist to make sure you have all your gear, ahead of time!
General
- Map to get to race site
- Registration pack from organiser (if received before race day)
- Timing band
- Spare clothing
- Money
- Car keys
- Warmup clothing
- Race clothing
- Sunscreen
- Vaseline/anti chafing cream
- Thongs/Sandals/Footwear
- Spare running shoes for warmup (if req'd).
- Nutrition: squeezies, gels, bars
- Recovery drink (post event)
Swim
